Edmonds College students, check out these services available to help you with your studies 24/7:

Ask a Librarian — librarians from Edmonds CC and around the country will help you via instant message. Go to www.edmonds.edu/library, look for Ask a Librarian or click on the link below. It's available anytime, including quarter breaks.

Etutoring.org — get free online writing assistance. See directions below. For in person tutoring, visit the Learning Support Center, Mukilteo Hall 113.

Here's how to get started with etutoring:

1. Go to www.etutoring.org. Choose Northwest Consortium.

2. Choose Edmonds College in the dropdown menu under Select Your Institution

3. Find the Username and Password fields under Login Here on the left side of the page. For your Username: Use your Student Identification Number. (SID# No hyphens)

For your initial Password: Use your birth date. 2 digits for year, month, and date. Example: May 12, 1989 is 890512

If you get the message "Your Username and/or password is incorrect," please contact the Learning Center at 425.640.1089 during normal business hours for assistance. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause during our pilot phase.

4. Make sure to sign in as a Student. This will bring up your Account Profile. To verify your account, you will need to input your SID# in the Student ID and Confirm Student ID fields. You should also change your password at this time.

5. Finally, please read and accept the eTutoring Terms and Conditions by checking the "I agree to all terms and conditions" box at the bottom of the page. Once this is completed, you are ready to begin by clicking on one of the eTutoring Resources on the welcome page.
