Triton Athletic Auction to feature strongest woman: She's a teacher, of course

Kristyn Vytlacil, the defending national lightweight Strongwoman champion and Edmonds CC instructor, will be the featured performer 5:30 p.m., Sat., April 25 at the 2009 Triton Athletic Auction. The auction raises funds for scholarships for student-athletes. Join us for a fun-filled evening of bidding on live and silent auction items and a full course dinner.

Vytlacil can lift 350 pounds 19 times in 75 seconds. That's how she won the Arizona Strongest Man and Woman competition in February. Last summer, she placed eighth in the World Strongwoman Championship in Poland by pulling, lifting, and carrying heavy objects.
Vytlacil teaches GED and adult basic education classes for the college at the Monroe Reformatory.
