Earn a new Emergency Management certificate in a year of less. Start this summer
with two online classes: Introduction to Emergency Management (EMERG 100) and Handling
Hazardous Materials, Occupational Safety and Health (OSH 240).
A new Introduction to Emergency Management class (EMERG 100), to address emergency preparedness and response practices, will be offered online this summer. The class will help those involved in emergency planning and safety at local, state, and federal agencies, organizations, and businesses. It is part of a new Emergency Management certificate that can be completed in a year or less. An Occupational Safety and Health class, Handling Hazardous Materials (OSH 240), counts toward the certificate and can also be taken online this summer.
