ArtsNow: Join us for the EDGE Graduate exhibit and reception

Local artists Greg Bartol, Debra Calkins, Nikki DeRelle, Ren Lis, Susan Melrath,
Glenda Powers, Joan Schlichting, Maggie Stokes, and Larkin VanHorn, will show their
work at the Edmonds Conference Center, as a celebration of their graduation from the
EDGE professional development program for artists. The EDGE program is sponsored by
ArtsNow in conjunction with Artists Trust.
Visitors will see an eclectic selection of artistic media, including photography, painting, fiber/textiles, wood, and metal sculpture.
These artists met during a professional development program through the EDGE program offered through ArtsNow, which is designed to help artists expand short- and long-range goals for their artistic careers. Many are learning for the first time how to set in motion a business plan, while others are transitioning from one aspect of their art career to another.
