From Boots to Books: veterans monument unveiled

In June, Edmonds College's student veterans club unveiled a bronze monument, "From Boots to Books," to honor all veterans past, present, and future.
Club President Troy Montgomery spoke at the event.
KPLU covered the unveiling and interviewed Montgomery, fellow student Patricia McCrory, and college dean Peter Schmidt its story, "Veterans Struggle To Find Their Place On Campus."
Three hundred veterans now attend Edmonds College.
