Edmonds CC to host two candidate forums Oct. 16 and 23

Candidates for the Washington State House of Representatives races in the 21st and 32nd legislative districts will appear at a question-and-answer forum 7 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 16. Also, candidates for U.S. House of Representatives races in the 2nd and 7th congressional districts will appear at a question-and-answer forum 7 p.m., Thurs., Oct. 23. Both events will be at Edmonds College’s Black Box Theatre in Mukilteo Hall, 20310 68th Ave. W, Lynnwood.

Free and open to the public, the events are sponsored by Edmonds CC in partnership with the Sno-Isle Libraries.

Both forums will be moderated by Josh O'Connor, publisher of The Daily Herald, and Jon Bauer, Editorial Page Editor, also of The Daily Herald.

Each candidate, after giving a brief introduction, will have an opportunity to address issues that affect Washington state on a local, state, or national level.

The general election is Nov. 4. The following candidates are confirmed to attend.
