Testing and Assessment Services provides a secure environment with 24/7 surveillance cameras for testing, monitoring of all testing, and secure storage of tests for other colleges and universities.

HOW: Please have your school or professor email or mail us a copy of your exam. Our email address is testingcenter@edmonds.edu and our address is

We do not recommend that you request your exam be sent to us or returned to your college one day or Overnight delivery because we cannot guarantee expedited receiving or shipping within that given period of time.

Please have your school/professor provide the logistics of the exam. The time limit for your exam, if you can use any materials, where it is to be sent back to, and the last day you can take the test.

WHEN: You must email us at testingcenter@edmonds.edu 24-48 hours to confirm that your exam has been received.

Make sure to check our web site for our hours to ensure you give yourself enough time to complete your exam.

WHAT: Bring your Picture Identification with you. This could include your driver’s license, student ID card, passport, etc.

If students are taking a proctored exam that allows aides such as a calculator or scantron, notes, this is the student’s responsibility. Testing and Assessment Services will provide you with scratch paper and pencils.

Babies and children are not permitted into the exam rooms at any time.

WHERE: We are located in Mountlake Terrace Hall, Room 152. Get the campus map.

FEE: It is $25 for the first hour and $15 for each additional hour that you test.

Come to the Testing and Assessment Services first, get a pink slip, go to the Cashier’s office (located in Lynnwood Hall, first floor), pay, get receipt, come back to the Testing and Assessment Services and we can then administer your exam.

PARKING: Edmonds College offers free parking.

There are a few visitor spots outside of Snohomish Hall. After 2 p.m. you may park anywhere (except the handicap parking spots).

If there are no visitor spots available, you may either come into the Testing and Assessment Services, or to the Security office in Woodway Hall, Room 214 to obtain a temporary parking pass.

WHO: Your proctors are Kyle Heng, Yam Ho, Cathy Vo, and Anna Sotolongo.

FYI: We are happy to proctor any exam in paper or standard web page. Testing and Assessment Services cannot proctor any test that requires specific software or audio equipment. This includes, but is not limited to, Excel®, Office®, Word®, CDs, Headphones, Typing Speed test or Professional Certification.
