Required Transcript Evaluation

You must have all prior civilian and military credits evaluated for transfer. This must be done before your fourth quarter of funding is approved. This takes time, often up to six weeks, so do not delay in starting this process.

To have your credits evaluated, follow these steps:

• Go to Transfer Credit webpage for detailed information about getting your transcripts evaluated. There is a process and a form you must complete.
• Go to the GATE Credential Evaluation System to complete a Transcript Evaluation Request form.
• For military transcripts, see Military Transcript Evaluation. Use the information provided to request an official copy of your transcript.
