Outcomes
- Participants will gain an understanding of terminology and ways to apply the terminology
- Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of your “why” in our commitment to DEI and student success
- Participants will gain an understanding of what it means to be an equity-minded practitioner with a focus on closing equity gaps for BIPOC and other historically marginalized groups
- Participants will gain an understanding of of how to promote student success disaggregating and analyzing data using an equity-minded framework
- Participants will apply equity-minded principles to one of their student success goals that focus on closing racial equity gaps
- Participants will begin to develop their own DEI and Anti-Racism Student Success Plan
