Keynote Speaker: Dr. Paul A. Stoot, Sr.:
Dr. Paul A. Stoot, Sr., is the senior pastor/founder of Greater Trinity Church in
Everett and founder/CEO of Rise Up Academy. Driven by a deep commitment to social
justice, Dr. Stoot recognized the critical need for high-quality early childhood education,
particularly for low-income BIPOC children in the South Everett community. Through
his philanthropic endeavors with Rise Up Academy, Dr. Stoot has successfully raised
over $7 million for various programs, initiatives, and new infrastructure, significantly
enhancing the educational landscape for the community. He founded Rise Up Academy
to provide accessible and innovative education, believing it is the cornerstone of
closing the achievement gap and building a more equitable future for all.

Have a housing problem? Free legal help is available!
Snohomish County Legal Services (SCLS) will provide free civil legal assistance to
qualifying low-income Snohomish County residents, including those without immigration
documents. At this legal clinic, SCLS attorneys will meet with you one-on-one for
a brief meeting to answer your housing questions and offer advice on your housing
issue.
