WHEN ARE COURSES OFFERED?

Culinary Arts classes are held in the Fall, Spring and Winter quarters; with the exception of the Food Truck classes which are offered in the Summer quarter.  Students can also take general education-required classes in the Summer.

Culinary Arts classes are typically held Monday through Thursday from 8:30-2:15pm.  Some lecture classes are held in the late afternoon, depending on the quarter.
