Regalia

April 8

Faculty/staff regalia order forms go out through campus email.

May 1

Faculty and staff regalia order forms due to Amber Mercer.

June 12

Regalia must be picked up at the bookstore before this date.

Drop off Regalia at the "View Lounge" at the Comcast Arena after the ceremony to Bookstore staff.

Transportation

Driving: The Comcast Arena in Everett is located at 2000 Hewitt Avenue, Everett, WA 98201.

Parking: Parking is available at the Comcast Arena in Everett for a fee and there is quite a bit of free street parking for early arrivers.  (Note that some street parking may have time limits.)

When/where of I need to show up?

Faculty line-up will begin at 6:30 p.m. at the Comcast Arena (enter through the main entrance on the NW corner of Hewitt and Oakes – signs will direct you from there). Come dressed in your cap and gown. DO NOT bring bags, purses, or other personal belongings. You are responsible for your own valuables, and there is NO STORAGE available!

Guests/Tickets

There are NO guest tickets required, and you are allowed an unlimited number of guests! Guest seating will begin at 7 p.m. and the ceremony will begin at 7:30 p.m.

After the Ceremony

Immediately following the ceremony, please proceed to the "View Lounge" to return your regalia rentals to bookstore staff.

Comcast Arena Restrictions

Comcast Arena in Everett prohibits backpacks, camera bags, audio & video recording equipment, outside food & beverage, confetti (including silly string or similar items), bottles, cans, glass, coolers, helmets, balloons, chains, spikes, tents, laser pointers, fireworks, weapons, animals or pets (except ADA), inflatables & AIR HORNS.
