The college Access goal aims to increase student and community access to programs that serve the needs of students and community. The goal includes high-quality academic programs, stronger outreach to the community, clear pathways leading to sustainable family wages, and student-centered course scheduling.

Community engagement is a key strategy in serving our community well and bringing resources to the college for win-win partnerships. We do this by investing in relationships with businesses, not-for-profit entities, and community leaders for the shared benefit of creating a vibrant community.

This goal aims to build institutional, individual, and team capacity for operational and inclusive excellence. The emphasis will be both on human capital development as well as physical and financial resources.

Student Services will add to and modify its existing services, processes, and systems to better serve adult learners who seek to up-skill, re-skill or obtain additional credentials to promote their career advancement.
