Planning

OPRA provides support to our governance bodies and divisions to integrate planning processes and resource allocation; to regularly and systematically evaluate fulfillment of the mission, core themes, and student achievement of program-level learning outcomes (PLOs); to review and analyze our policies; and to use assessment results to inform our future plans, such as the following:

• Comprehensive Planning (including Strategic Planning)
• Operational Plans (formerly know at the SIMPLE Plan)
• Academic Program Reviews
• Facilities Master Plan
