Getting Your Aid

After you complete your financial aid file, we review it based on the date you
completed your last required task as found on your ctcLink Student Homepage
under the Tasks tile.

We prioritize our review for students who are enrolled for the quarter they plan to
start taking classes each year. Enroll as early as possible to ensure we review
your file before the start of your first quarter.

As long as you complete your file by the quarter deadline you plan to start taking
classes, you do not need to worry about paying your tuition by the college
deadline. We hold you in your classes until we can review your file and determine
your eligibility for aid.

Receiving Your Financial Aid Offer or Status
Notification

If we determine you are eligible for aid, we send you a financial aid offer
letter to the preferred email address listed in ctcLink

• You can view your Financial Aid Offer by logging into ctcLink and
  clicking on the Financial Aid Tile

If we determine you are not eligible for aid, we send you a letter with
details and an explanation to the preferred email listed in ctcLink account

• If you are not eligible for aid, you must pay your tuition and other
  charges on your account no later than the first day of the quarter
