Processing Dashboard

After completing or making a correction to your financial aid application, it may take 3-5 days before our office receives your FAFSA or WASFA.

1. Check your To Do list in ctcLink to see if you must complete another process, or submit other documentation.
2. Check you emails as we may notify you as needed for additional documentation or instructions on what you need to do
3. You must enroll for classes before we can review your file. If you plan to use financial aid for Summer quarter, you must enroll as soon as possible.

All Program and Enrollment Confirmation forms submitted through September 26, 7:30 p.m. have now been marked as Completed.

• We have reviewed eligibility for all students who meet our extended priority review deadline of August 15, 2024
• We are currently reviewing files that have marked as ready for Financial Aid counser review as of: September 1, 2024

2024-2025

• Loan Request will be reviewed along with eligibility for Financial Aid Grants

Appeal to Go Beyond the Financial Aid Maximum Time Frame (MTF)

• We are currently working on MTF appeals submitted on October 16
  
  • Note: We can only review MTF appeals if your advisor has sent to our office your Academic Plan.

Appeal for Cancellation of Financial Aid

• We are currently working on Appeal for Cancellation submitted on - November 5

We are currently responding to Support Requests submitted on   November 5

If you have submitted your documents online 

• We are reviewing documents submitted online using the Financial Aid Document Submission on - October 31
• We are reviewing documents submitted in person on - October 30
