Grades and Transcripts

Ordering an Official Transcript

Please read the four options below before ordering your transcript!

EXPRESS MAIL (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

  • Expedite your official transcript to any school in the United States and Washington state.
  • $37.75 for each transcript plus $2.50 for each destination. Sending one official transcript to one school equals $40.25. If more than one transcript is sent to the same school, you only pay the $2.50 once.
  • You will also be able to track the delivery of your transcript!

ELECTRONIC DELIVERY (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)

  • Available in the United States and worldwide! Requests are reviewed within three business days and electronic delivery is processed within one business day!
  • $7.75 for each transcript plus $2.90 for each school. Sending one official transcript to one school equals $10.25. If more than one transcript is sent to the same school, you only pay the $2.50 once.

EXPRESS INTERNATIONAL MAIL

  • Expedite your official transcript to any school outside the United States.
  • $47.75 for each transcript plus $2.50 for each destination. Sending one official transcript to one school equals $50.25. If more than one transcript is sent to the same school, you only pay the $2.50 once.

REGULAR POSTAL MAIL

  • Delivered to any school located in the United States.

  • $7.75 for each transcript plus $2.50 for each school. Sending one official transcript to one school equals $10.25. If more than one transcript is sent to the same school, you only pay the $2.50 once.

  • This is the slowest way to send your official transcripts!

ORDER TRANSCRIPT

If you need to meet a deadline for all schools within the United States and abroad, please choose EXPRESS MAIL. The Enrollment Services website says processing time is 3-5 days but that means preparing the transcript. Actual delivery time will depend on the destination and delivery selection of express versus postal mail.

Unofficial Transcripts

Students can print a free online, unofficial transcript at any time in ctcLink. Tutorials are available here.

Grades

After each quarter, student grades are available in ctcLink. Students may access their grades by the first Thursday after the last day of final exam week. Grades are not mailed.
