2025-26 Program Confirmation Form
This form is required for all students seeking financial aid. Use this form to share:
- The Program Plan you will work on while attending Edmonds College
Note: This form can only be filled out once. If you need to update your answers on the 2024-2025 Program and Enrollment Confirmation Form, complete the following forms:

2025 - 2026 Adjust Aid Due to Change in Enrollment Level
Use this form to let us know if the number of credits you plan to take next quarter is different from what you listed on the Program and Enrollment Confirmation Form.
Note: Submit this form at least two weeks before the quarter begins to avoid delays in receiving aid.
Update your Program for Financial Aid Eligibility
Use this form to:
- Update your Program of Study you are planning on completing if it is different from what you listed on the Program and Enrollment Confirmation Form
- Let us know if you've finished or are about to finish a program, and want to start a new one while still using financial aid
Appeal for Cancellation of Financial Aid
The last day to accept Winter quarter SAP appeal is March 14, 2025.

Appeal To Go Beyond the Financial Aid Maximum Time Frame (MTF)

- Schedule a meeting with your Academic Advisor to create a Financial Aid Academic Plan
- Your Academic Advisor will submit your plan directly to Financial Aid

NOTE: Interest rates for new loans disbursed on or after July 1, 2024 and before June 30, 2025 have increased to 6.53%
- This means the balance will double approximately in 10 years.
To get loans, you must be enrolled in 6 or more credits.

Use this form if you have previously taken out a Direct Student Loan that has been discharged and you wish to Request a new Direct Student Loan.

Students may be selected for a process known as verification by either the Department of Education or the college. In this process, the Financial Aid office ensures accurate information on a student's FAFSA.
This is accomplished through an institutional form, and supporting documentation and must be completed before any aid eligibility can be determined.
- Supporting documentation may include but are not limited to: Tax Transcripts, W2s, photo ID.
Due to significant FAFSA 2024-2025 changes, Verification forms will be provided by request only

Use this Consortium Agreement Form if you
- plan to attend another college in the state’s community and technical colleges system, and
- you plan to use the credits you enroll in at the other school towards the total number of credits needed for financial aid at Edmonds College.

- Acceptable documents include a state driver’s license, other state issued ID, or passport
