How to Register

Step 1

Complete the registration survey to let us know which classes and services you're interested in.

Step 2

Complete the Pre-Employment Transition Service Consent (Pre-ETS) form (if you have not already done so). This form allows students to access a variety of job preparation services for free. Section 2 of the form needs to be completed by a school official, which can be anyone on a student's IEP team that has knowledge of the student's disability.

Step 3

Email the completed Pre-Employment Transition Service Consent form to diana.george@edmonds.edu at least 10 days before the start of class.
